Microfiber Towel Warp Knitting machine produces microfiber towel products, such as bathrobes, beach towels, kitchen cleaning microfiber towels, and others. Compared with the traditional loom terry machines, warp knitting terry machine has a much higher productivity, and the process is more environmentally friendly and resource-efficient.
 

A-ZEN TS4-C model terry towel warp knitting machine is a professional warp knitting machine for microfiber terry towel textiles. 
 

TS4-C has a large productivity, polyester yarn, cotton, and PES/PA ( polyester and nylon combined, the proportion is 80/20 or 85/15, see image left) yarn are available on TS4-C terry machine. Microfiber terry towel producers could improve the towel surface quality and the water-absorbing effect by cotton yarn or PES/PA combined yarn. 

 

The advantages of the TS4-C terry knitting machine lie in its large productivity, stable working performance, user-friendly operation system, and economical maintenance cost. 

 

TS4-C adopts carbon fiber material as its needle beds and guide bars. The daily production for the microfiber terry towels in the 186" TS4-C machine could reach up to 1,000kg, and the terry weight ranges from 180gsm to 300 gsm (if cotton yarn, the weight could reach 400-600 gsm).

Manufacturing Factories:

 

We have four workshops, two of them are warp knitting machines and warping machines workshops, and another two are fabric production mill and spare parts manufacture workshops separately.

Most of our newly developed machines will be used in our fabric knitting factory for a profound test, after which, we will promote into the market.

Spare parts such as compound needle bed, tongue needle bed, needle guide bar, sinker bed, and latch needle bed are produced in our CNC machines, the bars or beds used on Chinese and German warp knitting machines.
