Tricot machine HKS4EL is designed to produce outwear, curtain nets, crinkle fabrics, and other tulle mesh fabrics with pattern effects.

With the EL system, the mesh tulle warp-knitted fabric produced from the HKS4EL tricot machine outweighs others in its patterns and productivity. A-ZEN HKS4-EL tricot warp knitting machine could work at 1,800 rpm. 

E28 and E32 are the most popular gauge, and the working width of the tricot machines are 186", 218", and 290".

A-ZEN offers 3 bars and 4 bars high-speed tricot machines, which are designed for producing elastic and non-elastic net warp-knitted textiles. 

Thanks to the EL servo drive system, the zig-zag patterns become available on high-speed tricot warp knitting machines. 

With more advanced functions applied, the tricot warp knitting machines are more durable and efficient.
